Oakley has harnessed the power of "timespace" and translated the forces of motion into magnetic fields to exploit the endless stream of energy. The Inertial Generator™ drives electromagnetic induction with the torque of a precision flywheel mechanism, the O Engine™. The mechanical coils and springs of conventional timepieces have been replaced with streams of electrons that saturate a Polyacen Lithium capacitor and resonates quartz at 32,768 cycles per second.

This revolutionary technology, designed and manufactured by Oakley in the USA, is available in three similar chronometer models - the Time Bomb, the Icon and the Icon Small. Time Bomb features fluid styling and a jacket of pure titanium. Time Bomb is available in three finishes (X-Metal Titanium, Ion-Plated Titanium and Hand-Polished Titanium), and four dial choices (Titanium, True Carbon-Fiber, Pristine White and Nitro-Fuelled Cannon Yellow). Even the watch's band is noteworthy; featuring enhanced ergonomic flex for cordoning the wrist in total comfort.

Icon is a "tailored" version of Time Bomb and Icon Small is a feat of component miniaturization with performance that remains full scale and dials of titanium or mother-of-pearl.
