In 2003, Patek Philippe introduced satin straps as an innovative complement to its Haute Joaillerie watches. The success of these utterly feminine straps encouraged the manufacture to launch a new version of the Twenty~4® Medium Ref. 4920 in 18 K rose or white gold on satin straps. Two gleaming columns of diamonds adorn the case and emphasize the geometry of the cambered, rectangular case with its two-tiered flanks, an unmistakable Art Deco motif. The result is a stunningly feminine and modern jeweled watch embodying easy elegance, perfect with everything from a chic suit to a diaphanous evening gown. Brushed Roman numerals in rose or white gold at 12 and 6 o'clock, as well as eight diamond hour markers set in matching gold chatons, epitomize the design's striking sophistication. With dials in the original Twenty~4® colours and an updated selection of satin straps, Patek Philippe created four variations of the timepiece in rose and white gold, each with a character of its own. Twenty~4® Ref. 4920 in white gold with "Eternal Gray" dial and charcoal satin strap. Cool dazzle: The brilliance of diamonds against white gold and a deep gray satin strap. Twenty~4® Ref. 4920 in white gold with "Timeless White" dial and light gray satin strap. Soft intensity: The slightly iridescent white dial and sparkling diamonds are showcased on a warm light gray satin strap.
