Through MSN Direct, the Suunto n3i delivers users' preferred information directly to their wrist: from stocks to news, weather and sports, to new features, like multiple watch faces, Daily Diversions (trivia and fun facts, Horoscopes and Lottery (get the latest lottery numbers), with many more channels of information to come. The Suunto n3i also syncs with Microsoft Outlook calendar and allows users to receive personal messages through MSN Messenger.

In addition to advanced watch features like stopwatch, lap and split times, interval training timers, programmable alarms, dual time and date, the Suunto n3i carries advanced timing functions that allow it to automatically adjust to changes in time zone anywhere in the U.S. and receives its updated time automatically from an atomic clock.  Through the MSN Direct service, owners of the Suunto n3i may choose to receive local, national and international news, business, entertainment, sports, health and travel headlines, all in a glanceable, easy-to-navigate fashion that never needs deleting. Users will be able to get the latest information they want, all without having to search through hundreds of listings. The Suunto n3i features a durable, shock proof casing that fits comfortably under a shirt cuff and has a curved, scratch-resistant mineral crystal glass, which protects the large, circular liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. The round face maximizes the display area for a higher quality image and easy reference, and navigation is simple to master with a metalized inner mask with button markings, complementing the intuitive five stainless steel button navigation system. The Suunto n3i also features a category leading two-year warranty and is water resistant to 330ft/100m. USB compatible, the Suunto n3i features a powerful Lithium-ion battery and convenient charger (unit can be charged from laptop USB port or standard wall outlet) for many days of use.
