The 10 apartment complex was only opened in May 1997. Each apartment has a beautiful view of the large and well-maintained garden and swimming pool.
The quiet complex is located on the southwest side of Tobago, near Mount Irvine Bay and Pigeon Point, the main beach is a short 5 minute drive away.

The excellent , 18 hole Mount Irvine Bay golf course is located a mere 10 minute drive from the complex. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, hobs and a coffee maker.
Furthermore, each apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Cleaning is daily.
