Starting 15 years ago as a catalogue-based business,  Hotel Chocolat made their brand of exclusive chocolates available to UK consumers for the first time. An award-winning website soon followed and in 2004 the first of many Hotel Chocolat stores appeared on the high street. Authentic, wholesome ingredients are key to their success, a position that is strengthened by their historic West Indian cocoa plantation, Rabot Estate, where they grow their own fine flavour cocoa.
