Points to note for travel to Wimbledon Tennis:
There is a fast train service from London Waterloo to Wimbledon Station. Note That Wimbledon Station is some way from the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and up a hill!
Alternative main-line train service from London Victoria Station (change at Clapham Junction).
Thameslink trains also operate to Wimbledon from Luton and stations across central London including Kings Cross Station.
There is also a tram service from Croydon to Wimbledon Station.

London TaxiThe famous black London cab (now comes in all colours!) usually operate a taxi-sharing service from the forecourt of Wimbledon Station. it is fast, frequent and cheap! |

London BusThe famous red London Bus (also comes in other colours!) provide a special service to the Wimbledon Tennis Championship. Special fares apply and Travelcards are not usually valid.

Tube TrainThe nearest tube station (District Line) is Southfields. It is one stop from Wimbledon Station. Tube Trains run every few minutes. From Southfields it is either a short walk or take a bus. The District Line (Wimbledon Branch) runs to Earls Court for connections to other London underground services. The District Line is GREEN on Tube Maps |
