It instituted summer hours, from midnight of the third Sunday of October each year, until midnight of the third Sunday of the month of February the following year, part of country, early in sixty minutes ahead of clock time. In the year that there is a match scheduled for Sunday between the end of daylight saving time and Carnival Sunday, the closing hours of the summer will give the following Sunday. Daylight saving time will run in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Parana, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Goias, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Distrito Federal. From 2011 applies to Bahai also. |
