Boston's Logan International
Airport is U.S.' eighteenth busiest airport and the world's
thirty-fourth busiest airport based on passenger volume. New England's
largest transportation centre, serving more than 23 million passengers,
Logan handles over 1 billion pounds of high value cargo and mail. The airfield is comprised of five runways, fourteen miles of taxiway,
and 237 acres of concrete and asphalt apron. Logan Airport has five
passenger terminals.
