Things to see in Salem, Oregon
Elegant 1894 Deepwood Estate provides one of Oregon's finest examples of an ornate, multi-gabled Queen Anne style home. Deepwood House was designed by prominent architect W.C. Knighton, whose later designs included the Oregon Supreme Court Building.
At one time a livery stable stood on the site.
In 1926, a magnificent gothic Tudor style theatre had risen and claimed title as The Showplace of the Willamette Valley.
